Gallery Portraiture is here to help you in any way possible. Our goal is to make pictures fun, easy and satisfying for your parents and for players.  The following are hints and requests that will hopefully make pictures a breeze.

How do I plan our portrait session?

The purpose of the Pre-Session Consultation is to determine your objectives for the portrait session.  Designing your portrait session can be an exciting, intimate and exhilarating experience for the entire family. And when the finished portrait is on display in your home or office, you will find that the carefully planned session will be reflected in a tasteful work of art that is individualized in both style and design.

How do we book a portrait session?

You are welcomed to book your portrait session by phone at 816-734-7272 or email us at galleryportraiture@gmail.com. A pre-session consultation is highly recommended before your portrait session so we can plan and prepare to meet your every need. Session times are available Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. till dark and are by appointment only.   Creation fees are paid upon booking to reserve your time.

How much is a photography session?

Our creation fee covers an in-home design consultation, photographer time and talent, planning of your photo session, travel, photo assistants if needed, image editing and preparation for the private screening.

Creation fees ……Our Session/Creation fees will vary based on the type of session and demand for times and dates.  Fees are typically higher during prime times

Senior Portrait Sessions?

Different investment levels are offered depending on how elaborate the session.  Go simple or go big.  How will you show your Style? Call for details and for our FREE Guide on how to make the most out of your senior session.

What should I expect during my session?

Time to capture the true emotion of our subjects.  Gallery Portraiture will take charge and allow you a stress free portrait experience.  Full of delight and play, our session will last up to 2 hours.  Our style allows children the opportunity to be themselves.

Packages or A la Carte?

In order to ensure you are able to create just what you want, we do not offer packages. All portraits are sold individually.  Investment levels will vary for each client.  Payment plans are available.

Digital images and Copyrights?

There are several reasons to order professional prints through Gallery Portraiture rather than printing yourself.  By purchasing professional and archival prints, your images will be preserved for years to come, ensuring that you won’t forget the precious moments we capture.

Additionally, in order to control the print quality of our products, we do not offer CD images on our custom portrait sessions.  With qualifying purchases, some images may be made available for use on social media sites only.  All images remain the property of Gallery Portraiture (Tracy Spisak).  All images created by Gallery Portraiture are copyrighted and covered by the copyright laws of the United States. Any reproduction in printed or digital media and/or distribution of any image, for public or private use, is strictly forbidden without the express written consent of Gallery Portraiture.

The Perfect Location?

Sessions feel more like play dates than portraits and typically last from 1-2 hours. This allows time for playtime, games, snacks, potty breaks, and your family become comfortable with me and the camera. I will join you at the location of your choice…a favorite park, your backyard, wherever you are comfortable and will gladly recommend an area that will work wonderfully. For colder months we take our portraits indoors. While we have space to offer portraits at our location, in-home sessions are highly recommended. The warmth and memories of your home come to life in portraits and hold more meaning than any backgrounds we could provide.

When should we arrive?

Arrive a few minutes early to allow us to give you the best possible service and image quality.

Any delay in our schedule will affect the game schedule for the day. Please arrive on time!

Where do I get an order form?

Order forms should be distributed by your coach in advance.  Forms may vary by the program based on shipping methods and league incentives.  If you need a form, please contact us for a digital copy.

How do I turn in a order form?

Form and payment will be collected as your child is photographed.

Can I turn in a form later?

Orders must be turned in on portrait day.

How should I fill out the form?

A computer reads the order form be sure to use dark ink and write clearly and legibly.  While we will do our best to place your order correctly, mistakes can happen when writing is not clear.

Can I see my options?

Products will be on display during your portrait day. Our team will be happy to assist you in making the best choice for your family and your budget.

How can I pay?

Gallery Portraiture accepts cash, checks and credit cards.
Credit cards will be processed at our product table on portrait day.

When will I get my pictures?

Pictures will be ready in 3 weeks.
Many programs choose for photographs to be mailed directly to home. Be sure your address is complete and legible on your order form.

What if I have a problem with my pictures?

All our products are 100% guaranteed. Any problems with photographs or orders please contact our office 816-734-7272 or email galleryportraiture@gmail.com.

Refunds are submitted with returned products only.

What if I want more pictures?

Parents can order additional pictures on our secure site using the access code provided for their child for up to 2 months. The secure access key and instructions for www.ordermore.net will be with your order.
